SAR/EX stands for Search And Rescue Exercise. Normally, many squadrons participate. Most likely the entire Group or Wing is involved. Plan to stay for the whole exercise if you can. A SAR/EX is taken very seriously by CAP. You will be learning and practicing your Emergency Service specialty. Do not expect to get anything out of a couple hour visit.
